| Dan concentrates his practice on corporate and securities law and intellectual property transactions. He represents clients in general corporate representation, debt and equity financings, spin outs, subsidiary formation, licensing, development and distribution agreements, asset sales and mergers and acquisitions. He also has extensive experience in intellectual property litigation and dispute resolution.
Prior to co-founding MLG, Dan was a partner at Brobeck, Phleger & Harrison, LLP in Palo Alto, California where he practiced from 1993 to 2003.
Dan is also committed to community development and pro bono work. He serves on the board of directors of BUILD, a non-profit organization that bridges the divide between underprivileged youth and the business and intellectual resources of Silicon Valley. |
