| George Hervey joined Marvell Technology Group Ltd. in April 2000 as Vice President of Finance and Chief Financial Officer. Mr. Hervey is also Vice President of Finance and Chief Financial Officer of Marvell Semiconductor, Inc. In his roles, Mr. Hervey is responsible for overseeing long-term financial development and managing internal financial and administrative operations. He has extensive industry and senior-level management experience. Prior to joining Marvell, he served as Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer at Galileo Technology Ltd. Mr. Hervey has also served in similar capacities at S3 Incorporated, a leading supplier of multimedia accelerator integrated circuits and Paradigm Technology, a manufacturer of high-speed SRAMs. Mr. Hervey holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from the University of Rhode Island.
